Meet Jill PearsonA third generation Japanese-American who brings the best of both her worlds to each collection she designs for Wasabi, the label she founded in 1992. She blends the clean, streamlined design of her Asian culture with the American tradition of spunky, surprising, inventive style. Jill “signs” each necklace and bracelet with a tiny jade Wasabi bead. Her lifelong fascination with gems is the driving force behind Wasabi.
“Let the stone speak,” is her motto. Sometimes it’s a whisper, sometimes it’s a shout.
